This event was designed to bring together the next generation of leaders within this global business for a 5 day immersive experience to educate, inform and excite them about their brand. As part of the end to end project delivery, The Collective created different production solutions to fit the multiple venues used. Each space had its own bespoke, cutting edge production design developed to support specific elements, such as plenary, breakouts or dinner locations including the Maritime Museum.
To help bring the brand alive and tell specific product stories, immersive engagement zones utilised augmented reality so guests could interact with and discover exciting information throughout the event.

From a digital host, created using 3D mapping, projected onto different stages within the venue to state-of-the-art audio-visual technology, each environment was unique and delivered real impact to the audience.
