The Collective have worked with Foodbuy since 2014 when we delivered their first Supplier Conference. By acting as an extension of the Foodbuy team, over the years The Collective has been able to fully understand their brand as it evolved through to and including this year’s identity relaunch. Working in harmony throughout, this trusted partnership means we have seamlessly delivered outstanding production and media led solutions for their showcase event.

In 2023, we successfully designed, produced and executed this project at ExCel London for 500 of their clients and suppliers for the sixth time.  Each time we have been responsible for the end-to-end delivery of every aspect of the project including the main plenary with set & stage environment, breakout sessions and the fantastic gala awards dinner with live entertainment and celebrity host. The Collective are also responsible for full delegate management include a pre-event marketing communications plan and ticket sales for this pay to attend conference.

This key event in the Foodbuy calendar allowed their clients, supply partners and staff to connect, interact and build valuable relationships. 98% of attendees rated the organization of the event as good or excellent and 98% also responded that they were interested in attending the next conference.
